Emotions Affect Us Physically

Play is great.  Make a list of fifty activities that are fun, that bring you joy and play again.

Recognize and talk to your inner child.  Ask, what do you need to get well?

Peace of mind creates an environment conducive to healing the body.

Schedule daily quite time – fifteen minutes just for you:

Focus thoughts on peaceful scenes, dismissing negative thougts.

Listen to your inner self, being thankful for love, joy and peace and being open to messages to change.

Affirm yourself and affirm your own immune system working to overcome illness.

Talk to your body and tell it you love it and talk to each part and hold your hands over that part as you speak to it.

Building Fighter T-Cells

Here's and excellent explanation about how important our "T Cells" are which are found in our white blood cells, which kill cancer cells. Just to note, there are 2 ways our "T Cells" are out and about fighting off cancer, etc., in our circulatory system, but the largest reservoir is in our lymph nodes where "T Cells" are stored ready to fight. There is only one main way to get the "T Cells" out of our lymph nodes and that is through activity. Exercise, like walking. Here's another fact, the largest number of lymph nodes are in our legs.

Eliminate Cancer Causing Toxins in Your Home

Look to eliminate them and use cleaning supplies that you can make with simple vinegar, water and baking soda. Here's the "bad list":

Green Tea Benefits

Polyphenols - a compound plants have and are a strong antioxidant we benefit from the fresher the food picked is.

The Univ. of Maryland Medical Center has stated how effective "Green Tea" is in fighting a host of different cancers. Always the most talked about and prolific cancers are mentioned, but my theory is, if it helps these more prolific cancers, then it must help the rare cancers. Here's an excerpt, but check out their findings.

Here's a hint, if you want to incorporate Green Tea, put 2 tea bags in your coffee maker with your coffee to get its benefits mixed together, or blend a Green Tea with another herbal tea.  

"Most green tea dietary supplements are sold as dried leaf tea in capsule form. Look for standardized extracts of green tea. There are also liquid extracts made from the leaves and leaf buds. The average cup of green tea contains 50 to 150 mg polyphenols (antioxidants). "

Lack of Vitamins and Cancer

University of California Study

Back in 2001, the University of California,stated that "DNA damage from micronutrient deficiencies is likely to be a major cause of cancer." They published their finding that the lack of "folic acid, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, niacin, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, iron, or zinc, mimics radiation in damaging DNA by causing single- and double-strand breaks, oxidative lesions, or both." 

We are not getting enough micronutrients.

Enzymes, The Fountain of Life

A necessary element - Enzymes are the workers, using vitamins and minerals as the building materials.

Enzymes, an overlooked nutrional component to health. 

Our body functions to grab foreign/toxic invaders (antigen) and links it to an antibody making an immune complex. Then enzymes come in and DESTROY the "FIBRIN" around what our body captured, like a cancerous cell, so our immune system can recognize, attack and destabilize it. Wow! This is important!

Scientists Have Solved the Mystery of How Cancer Spreads

The Yahoo article outlines work done by Queen Mary Univ. of London, which states:

"Researchers at Queen Mary University of London found the answer by researching proteins found in cancer cells called integrins. As the name implies, integrins allow cancer tumors to stay stuck together. But once a cell breaks off, a specific integrin, Beta-1, changes its behavior and works with another protein, c-Met, to serve as a sort of protective armor for the cancer cell as it migrates through the body. The team found that when they blocked the protein or otherwise interfered with the process, it slowed the spread of tumors"

The Hidden Hazards of Microwave Cooking

The article lays out proof that radiation from microwaved food changes the food and then changes our blood and biochemistry - One short-term study found significant and disturbing changes in the blood of individuals consuming microwaved milk and vegetables. Eight volunteers ate various combinations of the same foods cooked different ways. All foods that were processed through the microwave ovens caused changes in the blood of the volunteers. Hemoglobin levels decreased and over all white cell levels and cholesterol levels increased. Lymphocytes decreased. Luminescent (light-emitting) bacteria were employed to detect energetic changes in the blood. Significant increases were found in the luminescence of these bacteria when exposed to blood serum obtained after the consumption of microwaved food."  See LINK
